Jake’s Closet has been invited to present to lawmakers, educators and advocates for family and parenting issues in Washington DC August 15th and 16th in it’s east coast premiere.

The suspense film’s subject, a divorce seen through the eyes of a small child coping with his parents conflict, gives law makers, educators, family law professionals and the public an intimate portrait of the child’s experience during divorce wrapped in an edge-of-your seat movie experience.

Also presented as the premiere film for Best of Fest 2008, Jake’s Closet is honored to be participating in the Washing DC festival.

The film’s director, Shelli Ryan will introduce the film and have a brief Q&A after the film.
